In the Netherlands
For orders over EUR 25, - there is free shipping! For orders up to EUR 25, - we charge EUR 5.95 for shipping.
Orders within the Netherlands are shipped with the standard service of PostNL.
Outside The Netherlands
For shipping outside the Netherlands, but within Europe, we charge EUR 15.00 for shipping.
If you spend EUR 100, - we will pay the shipping costs and shipping is free - for you.
For the rest of the European Union, the orders will be shipped with the standard service PostNL or UPS.
Member States of the European Union are: Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia , Slovakia, Spain, Czech Republic, United Kingdom (for now), Sweden.
THE SOAPPHARMACY aims to ship all orders within 24 hours, but delivery might take 3-6 days, depending on the destination.
We can also ship to a number of countries outside the European Union. You can contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org for the details, costs and estimated delivery planning.
Taxes, import duties and customs fees may apply to international shipments. These are the responsibility of the recipient and charged upon arrival in the country of destination.

If you are unhappy with the products, we are very sorry to hear it. You can you return the items within 14 days.
Please note that the return must meet our 'return requirements'.

You can return the received items or parts of the order within 14 days. If you have received a gift or free item(s) with your order, please also include this item with the returns.
We ask also to include the origional invoice. If the invoice is not included with the returns, we unfortunately cannot process your return.
We do not accept returns of products not purchased through the website THE SOAPPHARMACY.
During the return period, it is your responsibility to make sure the product(s) are kept at room temperature, not directly exposed to sunlight and they are undamaged and unopend. All products should be returned in the (unopened) sealed packaging. And products should be returned in the original (outer) packaging.

Once we receive the returned goods in good order and they meet our return requirements, you will get the amount refunded as soon as possible and no later than within 10 days. It may take a few days between the receipt of your returned item (s) and the return process.
Normally, it takes a little longer longer before you can see the amount credited on a credit card. When the recipient of the article is not the buyer of the article, it will be returned to the original buyer. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.
International customs duties and sales taxes for shipments outside the EU will not be reimbursed.

Orders within the Netherlands are shipped with the standard PostNL service. We strive to get your order - in the Netherlands and Belgium- to you within 48 hours.
Unfortunately, it may happen that there is no one to accept the package and Post NL package will leave a note that they tried to deliver the package to you. PostNL will try to deliver the package to you 3 times. If they were unable to deliver the package to you, they will leave a message indicating that you place pick up the package ath the local postal office. The postal office will keep the package for 2 weeks. If you do not collect it within this period, your order will be returned to us.
Please note that you can also have your order shipped to an office address or note that the package can be left with neighbours.
For the rest of the European Union, the orders will be shipped with the standard UPS service or occasionally with PostNL.
We can also ship to addresses outside the European Union. Orders outside the European Union are shipped with the standard UPS service.
TNT delivers from Monday till Saturday.
UPS delivers from Monday till Friday.
Our couriers do not deliver on Sundays and holidays. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not included in the delivery time.
